[ decimal->ilogb ]

Method

Returns an unbiased exponent of the decimal. Formally, the return value is the integral part of log base r |x| as a signed integral value, for non-zero x, where x is the decimal and r is the radix of the machine's floating point arithmetic.

To return an unbiased exponent of the decimal:
