The combination of -SQL and -MaxRecords causes the Lasso 9 instance to crash on Windows.

This appears to be Windows only issue.

On OS X, the query to Oracle caused lassoserver to use 95% CPU; refreshing the page sending the query just ramped its CPU higher until it was force-quit.
apply fix from [1877] for SQL queries, fixes #7674
