Hi,
Is there a way with the TouchUp Text tool to change the color of a
selected text?
I know you can use the fill color feature in the Properties dialog box
but I only have the Apple Color System. And I find no way to put exact
values for cmyk values. And that's what I want.

I already go there. But I always found the Apple Color Selector. And I
can't select anything in this selector but the icons at the top.
I choose the "sliders" icon, but I only have the grey slider. The drop-
dowm menu is unavailable.
Is it a bug in Acrobat or on my computer?

I forgot to mention I'm using Acrobat 9 Pro on an iMac (10.5).

In the same dialog box, you may select "Other Color?" from there you can
choose a color using CMYK sliders.

I see what you mean. The problem you're having isn't exclusive to your system. I've tried it on Acro 8 and 9 (running OS X 10.4.11 Intel) and I experienced the same issue, only my drop-down in the slider tab is stuck on CMYK. The issue is application wide also, I tried the Color Picker in the Accessibility->Replace Document Colors Preference and it also displays the same list of truncated color picker choices.

Using the Color Picker in other apps works normally.

I ran a test on my other system (10.4.10 -G5); First I opened a PDF in Acrobat 7, the Color Picker was fully functional. I then opened the same PDF in Acrobat 8 and I got the truncated choices, once again (this time it was stuck on Grey Scale, like yours). So it seems to be an Acrobat 8X issue.
