[Proc_Last] is used in the processor list of [SOAP_DefineTag] to specify what post-processing the results of the SOAP procedure should undergo. [Proc_Last] returns the first element from an array which is passed into it during process. Called as (Proc_Last).
[SOAP_DefineTag: ..., -Procs=(Array: (Proc_Last))]
