[PDF_Doc->AddCheckBox]
[PDF_Doc->AddCheckBox] adds a check box to a form in a [PDF_Doc] variable. A required -Name parameter specifies the name of the checkbox, and a required -Value parameter specifies the value for the checkboxd. An optional -Checked parameter specifies that the checkbox is checked by default.
