Lately I've been having trouble with Yojimbo crashing several times a
day. Most of the times it's happened when I've clicked the Show
(password) button, but also with Copy (password), and when saving a
URL via the Safari bookmarklet. Any ideas what can be the cause of
this? And is there a way to check for database corruption?

Nobody on the list can offer you meaningful advice. Please contact support@barebones.com for assistance.

You'll save a round-trip through the queue if you include the last several crash reports in your case.
