Cancellation

Conference delegates shall have the option to cancel their conference registration and or conference accommodation and receive a refund excluding administrative fees providing the cancellation is received 45 (forty-five) business days prior to the conference date.  All cancellations received during this time period shall be subject to a 25% administrative withholding fee on the refund amount.  Any conference cancellations received less than 45 (forty-five) business days of the conference date shall not be eligible for refund.   Conference delegate, by way of original conference registration agrees to and accepts these cancellation terms.

Conference delegate is responsible for their own hotel reservations and as such, cancellations to reservations must be made directly with the hotel.  LassoSoft Inc. is not responsible or liable for any cancellation terms and conditions imposed by the Hotel.  The conference delegate acknowledges and agrees to hold LassoSoft Inc harmless from any cause or action arising out of cancellation disputes with the hotel, including any and all fees and applicable charges should they be imposed.

Payment

Acceptable methods of payment for the conference registration include (but are not limited to) company cheque, certified personal cheque or valid credit card.  Any banking fees incurred by LassoSoft Inc for NSF payment will be passed on to the Client. Payments more than thirty (30) days overdue may be subject to a 1.5% monthly fee. LassoSoft Inc reserves the right to cancel or terminate conference delegate registration for non-payment should the payment be outstanding for a period of no more than 45 days.   An administrative fee of 25% will be withheld on any monies received for all cancellations due to late or non-payment.

Ambiguities

Each party has participated fully in the review and revision of this Agreement.  Any rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply in interpreting this Agreement.  The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.
