[String->IsUAlphabetic] checks whether a specified character within the string has the Unicode alphabetic property. The tag returns True if the character has the Unicdoe alphabetic property or False otherwise.
[If: 'String'->(IsUAlphabetic: 3)] ... [/If]
Use the [String->IsUAlphabetic] tag. The following example returns True since the fourth character of the string is alphabetic according to Unicode.
[Output: '26 Letters'->(IsSpace: 4)]
