rackspace_cloud is a type in Lasso 8 that allows a developer to send a request to the Rackspace Identity API to request an authentication token. In turn this token is used to send a second request to perform actions using the Rackspace Cloud Files API. The response for reach request is either in JSON or XML format, or the HTTP response headers are parsed.
